I am a qualified Cost Accountant and having industry experience of more than 17 years and as a practitioner cost accountant having experience of more than eight years. I have excellent knowledge of maintaining process wise & product wise cost records, Activity Based Costing, contribution analysis, preparing actual product costing as well as standard one, daily /monthly MIS, variance analysis (Price, Productivity, product mix etc), production, raw material, waste and scrap analysis, Annual Budgeting System and other costing related works.
During my tenure, I had worked in Textiles, Casting (Iron, Copper, Aluminum & Zinc), Steel, Artificial leather cloth industries as a head of Costing department as a permanent employee.
As I had worked with many companies at the senior level, so I am fully confident in preparing and developing the Cost Accounting System of any industry and in solving cost accounting related problems/issues.
Practicing Cost Accountant ( 13 years)
After getting a rich experience from different industries as a permanent employee, I had started to work as a practitioner cost accountant from January 2012.
Software Developer
I am pleased to inform that I have developed software for Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Control, Cost accounting (Standard & Actual), Procurement, Stores accounting,HRA, GST with E-invoice & return, Financial accounting, Fixed Assets Register, etc. to fulfill the need of industries. Expertise in all of the modules/accounting activities including quality management.
The software would be developed & designed as per the requirement of the client. It will be fully user-friendly and with security layers. Also expertise in exporting and importing excel sheets from/into our Software. i.e. software to Excel to Software. We can also export details in a particular cell of excel from our software.
Two months are enough to customize the software as per the clients' s needs. The software can be purchased in a single module or in combination or all modules (fully ERP).
During my career as an employee, I had used TCS, J.D. Adwards, SAP, in-house software. On that basis, I can say, with due respect, that my developed software works better than other well-known software available in the Indian market.
Cost Accounting Software :
Till date, no one can provide cost accounting software (standard as well as actual ) like us. It is truly cost accounting software. Expenses considered at various processes in the detailed cost sheet can be reconciled with total expenses as shown in the expenses sheet. No Over or under absorption of expenses/overhead i.e. fully absorbed on products. Month-wise, Process-wise and cost head-wise machine hour rates are calculated programmatically and no need to calculate manually in our software.
Minimum involvement of clients' staff during the development process and no specific training is required and just 5-6 days are sufficient to understand all the modules of the software. Pre-loaded with all master details so that one can start from day one.
